Berlin, 5 November 2026 – Following a correction request from Nordhain Finanz Inc., the passage concerning CUSIP identifiers has been removed from the version publicly displayed on 5 November of the StadtrandNachrichten article about a possible public securities offer. Editor and publisher Daniela von Treuenfels had previously stated in writing that she had provisionally deleted the final paragraph. Nordhain is now calling for a visible, dated correction notice and a precise revision of the still-disputed description of a share offer. The removed passage had presented a preliminary prospectus, commonly called a Red Herring, as a general prerequisite for assigning a CUSIP. The official requirements of CUSIP Global Services distinguish between different situations: for public equity or debt offerings, they list a preliminary prospectus or a registration statement; other situations have different document requirements. A CUSIP alone therefore establishes neither a public share offer nor a prospectus published with the SEC.
Removal without a clear correction notice does not satisfy Nordhain. The company asks that readers be able to identify which statement was changed and why. No such notice was apparent in the publicly displayed version reviewed.
Nordhain continues to dispute the description of its corporate website as already promoting a specific share offer. No acquisition price, subscription terms or share order form was found on the German page reviewed on 5 November. Nordhain is asking Daniela von Treuenfels to identify the precise source and the offering terms on which she bases that description.
The article itself leaves open the legal classification as a public offer. In Nordhain's view, that open question must also be clear in the introduction. The company expects a clear distinction between verifiable facts, editorial assessments and unresolved legal questions.
Nordhain also maintains its demand concerning the earlier Kraftwerk Steglitz article that the description “letterbox company” and the previously challenged disparaging language about “confetti”, “hot air” or “window dressing” be withdrawn. The company considers this to create a misleading impression of a mere sham company. Nordhain also calls for the disputed references to the AfD to be removed where no verifiable factual connection with the company's activities exists; a private interest in an election must be distinguished from the companies' political orientation. Nordhain rejects unsubstantiated associations with fraud. If specific allegations of fraud are intended, the company requests that they be precisely identified and substantiated, with a reasonable opportunity to respond.
