1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubmitPR Free ("the Site", "we", "us") and submitting press releases through our free press release submission service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Free Press Release Submission

We offer a free press release submission service. By submitting a press release you confirm that:

  • You are the author of the content, or have full rights to publish it.
  • The content is factual, accurate, and not misleading.
  • The press release is newsworthy and not purely promotional or spam.
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • The content does not contain adult material, illegal content, hate speech, or defamatory statements.
  • You are authorised to provide the contact information included in the submission.

3. Content Standards

All press releases are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission that:

  • Is spam, keyword-stuffed, or lacks genuine news value.
  • Contains false or misleading information.
  • Promotes illegal activities or harmful products.
  • Infringes on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

We do not guarantee publication of any submitted press release.

4. Link Activation & Payments

Links within press releases are inactive by default upon publication. To activate links, users must either:

  • Free path: Add a qualifying link back to SubmitPR Free or to the published press release page from their website, and notify us via Telegram @jaycosta for verification.
  • Paid path: Pay the applicable fee in SOL (Solana) to the wallet address provided and notify us via Telegram @jaycosta with the transaction hash. Payments are non-refundable once links are activated.

Payment tiers and their benefits are as described on the submission page. We aim to process activations within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.

5. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to the Site, you grant SubmitPR Free a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, display, and distribute the press release on the Site and in our RSS feeds and news sitemaps. You retain all copyright in your content.

7. Privacy

Your contact email is collected solely to administer your submission and is never published publicly or shared with third parties for marketing. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that press releases will be indexed by search engines or distributed to any third-party media. We are not responsible for the content of press releases submitted by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubmitPR Free shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
