International listing plans and joint projects in property, renewable energy, storage and data centres

Berlin, 4 November 2026 – Nordhain Finanz Inc. aims to establish the broadest possible international stock market presence. Its goal is to obtain listings on as many suitable exchanges worldwide as possible. The assessment is intended to include trading venues in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia and Oceania. To this end, the company is continuing its non-binding assessment of possible capital market access routes and its written exchanges with market operators.

In Europe, Nordhain has asked Aquis Stock Exchange in the United Kingdom for a preliminary assessment of possible access to the Aquis Access market. An introductory discussion, which Aquis has confirmed will be free of charge, is being prepared. Joining details are still being coordinated.

In Africa, the preliminary enquiry concerns the DevX market of the Namibian Securities Exchange in Namibia. Following a written response received on 4 November, Nordhain has proposed new time slots for an initial discussion.

Together with its sister company Northcrest Energy & Real Estate Inc., Nordhain intends to assess and carry out suitable projects worldwide in property, renewable energy, storage and data centres. The aim is to pursue investments, equity participation and joint development with suitable project partners.

On 3 November 2026, Northcrest Energy & Real Estate Inc. received Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) 254900AMXCBECDC6YT32 from Bloomberg. The allocation of CUSIP, ISIN and WKN identifiers for Northcrest is still pending.

The selection of specific projects and their implementation are to be guided by their technical and commercial requirements and project-specific financing.

Steffen Fräbel is President and Director of Nordhain Finanz Inc. and founder of Northcrest Energy & Real Estate Inc. Both companies were incorporated in Wyoming, United States. Nordhain has a business office in Berlin.
