GLASGOW, 12 October 2026 — Riverbank IT Systems has launched a fixed-price remote IT repair service for small and medium-sized businesses that do not have a support contract but need a problem fixed now.
The £39.99 plus VAT service covers the first 20 minutes of remote diagnostic and repair work on servers, laptops, email, Wi-Fi, printers, malware, forgotten passwords and slow machines. If the issue is not resolved within 20 minutes, further work is quoted in writing. Parts, hardware and on-site visits are quoted separately.
