Hi,
I’m Jason Eaves, a 55-year-old disabled Iowa man, and I’m building a business around my Dalmatian, Dewey, and our shared love of grilling hot dogs.
The idea is Dewey Dogs — an all-beef, open-flame hot-dog concept built around a doghouse-style drive-thru and, of course, Dewey himself.
What started as a dream between a guy and his dog has grown into a real project, complete with a website, social following, and a community forming around Dewey Dogs.
I’m reaching out because I believe there’s a larger story here: an unusual dog, an unusual food concept, and one guy trying to build something from the ground up with his best friend by his side.
