For DEN BAURIN, the past months have become one of the most significant international chapters of his artistic journey.
The story began on July 24 in Jurmala, Latvia, where the artist performed at Laima Rendezvous, a major international music festival bringing together artists and audiences from different parts of the world. From that stage, DEN BAURIN set out on a tour that would take his music far beyond Europe.
Over the course of the journey, he performed 15 concerts across Europe, Israel, Cyprus, the United States and Canada, moving between different audiences, cultures and musical environments.
The European leg included Hungary, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland, followed by performances in Israel and Cyprus. The tour then continued in North America, with DEN BAURIN performing in the United States and Canada.
For an artist, an international tour is more than a change of scenery. Every new country brings a different audience, a different energy and a different perspective. For DEN BAURIN, this experience has become a source of inspiration and an important part of his artistic evolution.
“This tour gave me much more than I expected. Every country, every stage and every audience left something with me. I started in Jurmala and eventually found myself performing across Europe, Israel, the United States and Canada. It changed the way I look at my music and made me even more certain that I want to continue developing internationally.”
The journey will reach its current conclusion on September 18 in Toronto, where DEN BAURIN will perform the final concert of the tour.
But the end of the tour marks the beginning of a new creative period.
Following his return to Europe, DEN BAURIN will enter the studio to work on two new albums in different languages. The projects are intended to explore new musical directions and open another dimension of his artistic identity.
Rather than simply continuing what came before, the artist sees the upcoming albums as an opportunity to take his music somewhere new.
“I feel that a new chapter is beginning for me creatively. I am returning to Europe with a huge amount of inspiration from this tour, and I want to turn those experiences into new music. The two albums will be in different languages, and each one will have its own character and story.”
The international journey will also continue beyond the studio.
During the winter, DEN BAURIN is planning a series of performances in Asia, with upcoming concerts in China, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
For the artist, the next stage is therefore about both creation and expansion: developing two new albums while bringing his music to new audiences in another part of the world.
What began with a summer performance at Laima Rendezvous in Jurmala has evolved into a much broader international journey — one that now moves from the final concert in Toronto toward new music and a new geography.
September 18 in Toronto will close one chapter.
The next one begins in Europe, in the studio — and continues across Asia.
