SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY — September 2026 — Author, pastor, speaker and recording artist Daryl Boyer will release two major new projects just five days apart this September. His new book, For Such a Time as Now: A Call to Courageous Christianity in a Compromising Culture, releases September 25, 2026, followed by his new 13-track country album, Grace & Gravel Roads, on September 30, 2026. Both projects are currently available for preorder.
Published by Kharis Publishing, For Such a Time as Now calls Christians to examine what it means to live with biblical conviction, spiritual discernment and courageous faith in the midst of a rapidly changing culture.
Boyer says the book was not written to condemn the Church, but to awaken and equip believers for the moment in which they are living.
Drawing from Scripture and more than 25 years of pastoral ministry, Boyer addresses cultural Christianity, compromise, the fear of the Lord, holiness, obedience, renewing the mind, identity, calling and spiritual warfare. Central to the message is his desire to help people recognize and step out of strongholds that have kept them bound and learn to walk in the freedom, spiritual power and God-given calling available through Christ.

Drawing from biblical passages including Esther 4, Romans 12, Acts 17 and Matthew 28, For Such a Time as Now challenges readers to move beyond simply knowing biblical truth and allow that truth to shape their decisions, priorities and obedience.
The new release follows Boyer’s previous book, Awakening to Your Complete Identity in Christ: Walking Out the Empowered Life, which introduced readers to his practical, Scripture-centered teaching on identity in Christ, spiritual authority, freedom and purpose.
From the Page to Country Music
Just five days after the book release, Boyer will release Grace & Gravel Roads, a 13-track country project reflecting his country and rock roots while telling stories grounded in real life, faith, family, failure, addiction, regret, second chances, identity, perseverance and grace.
The album continues a recording career that has previously produced two #1 Christian Country radio singles — “Never Looking Back” and “Running Down Revival.”
Rather than separating everyday struggles from faith, Grace & Gravel Roads brings the two together.
Songs including “Truth Don’t Bend,” “Shifting Gears,” “Coming Home to You,” “Made for More Than Me,” “Thanks to Jesus,” “More Than I Deserve,” “Three Nails,” “Running Back to You,” “This Ends Tonight,” “Find in Me” and “Through It All” explore different sides of that journey.
Among the album’s themes, “This Ends Tonight” confronts destructive and generational cycles and the decision to stop carrying them into another generation. “Made for More Than Me” explores discovering the value of what God has placed within a person when those gifts begin impacting the lives of others. “Running Back to You” deals with distraction, surrender and finding the way back to God.
Although the book and album are two very different projects, Boyer says they ultimately come from the same place.
