TOKYO, Sept. 15, 2026 — Zimark Advisory said it has opened a headquarters in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi district, adding a dedicated base for mergers-and-acquisitions support and corporate advisory work.

The office is at Brick Gate 3F, Nihonbashi. The firm said the site will serve Japan-based clients and cross-border matters involving China and the United States, and will be used for live transaction work rather than as a general marketing office.

Zimark Advisory is an independent advisory firm. Its Tokyo platform is intended for buy-side and sell-side process support, commercial and financial due diligence, valuation analysis tied to transaction decisions, and preparation of deal materials. The company said partner-level staff will stay involved in process design, diligence scope and negotiation support on Japan-connected mandates.

The firm also said it uses large language models and other AI systems to automate self-serve data-room workflows, transaction modeling and deal-distribution tasks. The systems are meant to shorten document handling so senior advisors can spend more time on judgment during active deals, it said.

Demand for independent, senior-led M&A support in Japan has increased among founders and sponsors who want transaction help without a large multi-product firm structure, Zimark Advisory said. The Nihonbashi opening is meant to cover both domestic Japanese mandates and inbound or outbound cross-border processes that touch Tokyo.

“Clients want institutional-grade transaction support without the conflicts and overhead of a traditional firm structure, a partner and founder at Zimark Advisory said. “We advise directly on deals and stay senior-led, while AI systems handle more of the data-room and modeling workflow.”
