WorkflowX for Oracle Cloud HCM: MKSK launches automation for the Oracle tasks that have no API

MKSK Consulting launches WorkflowX for Oracle Cloud HCM, automating repetitive screen based Oracle work, including tasks for which no API exists.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Oxford, UK, 2 November 2026

MKSK Consulting has launched WorkflowX for Oracle Cloud HCM, a new product that automates repetitive, screen based work in Oracle, including work for which no API exists.

Every Oracle HCM team knows the sentence. "There's no API for that." Until now, that has usually meant one outcome: a person works through the records by hand, screen after screen, employee after employee. WorkflowX is MKSK's answer to that gap. A team defines a reusable workflow for the task once, supplies the employee list and inputs through an Oracle search, a report, or an Excel file, and WorkflowX runs the repeatable steps in Oracle. Screenshots, logs and a completion report record what was done, ready for a human to review.

The work it removes is rarely complicated. It is the repetition that costs the time: the same screens, the same fields, the same clicks, repeated until a straightforward task has consumed a whole afternoon. WorkflowX is aimed squarely at that burden, so skilled HCM people spend their time on judgement calls instead of rekeying.

Two uses illustrate the fit. A team creating employees in bulk uploads a spreadsheet and WorkflowX works through the interface to create each employee from it. After a production to test refresh, the Security Console actions required for each P2T can be run by WorkflowX in each environment, instead of being repeated manually every time.

MKSK is inviting early adopters to bring real world use cases and put WorkflowX to the test. The company wants to hear about the repetitive Oracle task teams would most like to stop doing manually, and to explore whether it is a fit.

WorkflowX joins the MKSK X Cloud Platform alongside ScheduleX, the work schedule tool for Oracle Cloud HCM, and FormulaX, the first AI Fast Formula generator, created by MKSK to generate, explain and validate Oracle Fast Formulas.
