Brooklyn independent entertainment company supports recording artists, music entrepreneurs and inclusive creative opportunities.
BROOKLYN, N.Y., July 24, 2026 — Will Power Entertainment LLC is expanding its work across music production, artist development, publishing, education and accessibility, building upon more than two decades of service to independent artists and entrepreneurs.
Founded in 1999 by Fitz Martin, Will Power Entertainment provides recording, mixing, mastering, music production, publishing, music-video production, artist management and performance-booking services. The company helps artists develop their music, professional identities and independent careers.
Recording artist Ricky Rikkardo represents the company’s artist-development work. His catalog includes “Mona Lisa” featuring Jim Jones, “Go Crazy” featuring Double G, “Crypto,” “Lust” with Kitty Gata and “Perfect!” featuring Sheff G, released by Will Power Entertainment.
Ricky Rikkardo also worked with videographer JL Shot That on “I Ain’t Done Yet.” JL Shot That’s broader credits include projects involving Pop Smoke, Fivio Foreign and Lil Tjay.
JXTTQ, a longstanding member of Will Power Entertainment, serves as the company’s chief operating officer, producer and audio engineer. His responsibilities include studio production, engineering, company operations and artist support. His educational work includes The Producer’s Blueprint: Sound, Signal & Soul, a resource for aspiring music producers.
Will Power Entertainment has also entered music-business education with Fitz Martin’s How to Start a Record Label From Scratch: Premium 90-Day Launch System. The guide presents a structured approach to establishing a record label, organizing releases and building the systems needed to support artists.
Martin’s career combines entertainment entrepreneurship with accessibility advocacy and community leadership. Born with retinitis pigmentosa, he uses Braille, VoiceOver, OrCam and other adaptive technologies in his professional and daily life.
His story and accessibility work have been documented by CBS New York, Lighthouse Guild, OrCam and the American Printing House for the Blind. CBS New York journalist John Elliott has also featured Martin’s life and work through Lighthouse Guild.
Martin teaches through Lighthouse Guild’s Braille Literacy Course and has served with the American Council of the Blind of New York. His community involvement includes Strategic Empowerment and Leadership, known as SEAL, and a board position with Special Ed Arts and Literature, which provides creative and educational opportunities for children of all backgrounds and abilities.
His educational background includes Baruch College and membership in Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society.
