Four-hour learning track led by Erika Pease, LVT, CVPM, covers burnout prevention, client communication, customer service, and industry trendsVetandTech will host its Practice Management for Success webinar on June 7, 2026, offering veterinary professionals four RACE-approved CE credits for a $25 registration fee. The four-hour session, led by Erika Pease, LVT, CVPM, begins at 10:00 AM US Eastern Time and covers burnout prevention, client communication, customer service, and emerging industry trends.
The learning track is designed for practice managers, veterinary technicians, and senior clinic staff who want structured time to develop the management and communication skills that long clinic days rarely leave room for.
"Practice managers carry a lot, and most of them are learning communication and leadership skills on the job," said Erika Pease, LVT, CVPM. "This learning track gives them structured time to step back and build the tools that actually make their days easier."
#Four Learning Modules:
The webinar is divided into four segments.
Strategies for Staying Healthy and Happy in Veterinary Medicine addresses burnout in clinical environments through stress awareness, work-life balance techniques, mindfulness strategies, resilience-building, and daily well-being habits.
Mastering Communication in Veterinary Medicine focuses on team communication, client communication best practices, handling difficult conversations, and interactive role-plays drawn from real clinic situations.
Delivering Customer Service and Patient Care in Veterinary Medicine covers building a client-centered culture, improving the patient experience, and using client feedback to refine service standards through real-life case studies.
Social Trends in the Veterinary Industry explores new tools in veterinary medicine, technology and innovation in practice management, social media and marketing trends, and evolving client expectations.
The program concludes with a live Q&A session with Pease, giving participants space to discuss real challenges from their own clinics and clarify key learning points.
