UPICK Is Quietly Building a Connected Mobility Ecosystem Beyond Traditional Rideshare

Upick Network, operating as UPICK, is developing a connected mobility ecosystem bringing rideshare, towing, roadside assistance, mobile vehicle services and UPICK Power into one technology platform.

LOUISVILLE, KY. — September 2026 — Upick Network, operating as UPICK, is developing a connected mobility ecosystem designed to bring transportation, roadside assistance, mobile vehicle services and emerging mobility infrastructure together through one technology platform.

Instead of positioning itself solely as another rideshare application, UPICK is building a broader ecosystem around multiple everyday mobility needs.

The UPICK platform is being developed to connect services including rideshare, towing, roadside assistance, mobile oil changes and other on-demand vehicle services. Mobile applications for customers and operators have already been developed, while the company continues refining its technology and infrastructure in preparation for broader availability.

UPICK is also developing UPICK Power, a QR-based portable charging network designed for physical locations such as restaurants, hotels, universities, entertainment venues and other high-traffic destinations.

Together, these projects represent a larger strategy: creating an ecosystem where transportation, roadside services, mobile vehicle services and physical mobility infrastructure can eventually operate through one connected network.

“We are not trying to build just another rideshare company. The long-term vision is to build an ecosystem that connects different parts of everyday mobility through one platform,” said AJ Rodriguez, founder of Upick Network.

UPICK remains in an active development stage, with components of the platform continuing to be tested and refined. The company is taking a staged approach rather than attempting to introduce its entire vision at once.

The strategy allows UPICK to develop individual parts of its technology while preparing the infrastructure required for future expansion.

While the company is still early in its journey, its expanding technology ecosystem demonstrates an ambition that extends beyond traditional rideshare.

For now, UPICK is continuing to build quietly.
