Tanderviq has opened supervised onboarding for businesses across the United States seeking a workspace to organize customer inquiries and prepare AI-assisted reply drafts in English and Spanish. Requests from businesses in Mexico are reviewed individually.The workspace keeps a person involved in the response process. Users read an inquiry, review and edit the proposed reply, and approve it when ready. Automatic email sending is disabled during the initial rollout.
The launch uses supervised onboarding so each participating business can confirm its needs and setup before beginning a trial. Scope, allowances and any setup costs are confirmed first. The seven-day trial begins after setup, testing and the business’s acceptance. There is no automatic billing.
Businesses in Mexico may request onboarding, but acceptance is reviewed individually. Mexico-specific billing and local integrations are not included in this announcement.
