LONDON, United Kingdom, 28 October 2026 — SUQUEENA LONDON, a UK handbag brand with a London identity, today introduces its first handbag collection. Created by Su and her British partner Richard, the brand combines Su’s workshop experience with Richard’s British perspective and interest in materials and making.The first collection includes structured top-handle bags, totes and shoulder bags defined by proportion, contrasting colour and distinctive hardware. Su brings twenty years of experience designing and making bags in China, including work for high-end labels. Her practical knowledge of pattern cutting, handles, fastenings and assembly informs each design. Richard’s interest in Welsh material history, including records of the Cambrian Leather Works in Wrexham, informs the partnership’s wider appreciation of materials and craftsmanship. This is historical inspiration, not a claim of succession from an earlier company.
Across the collection, an arched handle and circular clasp define Bond, while Primrose uses rounded handles for a softer outline. Other designs explore flared silhouettes, braided handles, embossed surfaces and contrasting tones. The London editorial places the bags beside familiar landmarks, including Westminster and a red London postbox.
The designs use vegan leather / PU. Individual product pages provide colour options, available dimensions, material descriptions and current availability.
