FOSHAN, China — July 18, 2026 — SUPERGENIE, the export brand of Foshan Car Charger Guard Technology Co Ltd, today provided an inside look at its 4,500 square meter EV charger manufacturing facility in Foshan, Guangdong, China. The facility produces wallbox chargers, portable EVSE units, and V2L adapters for B2B customers across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.The manufacturing operation spans over 200 skilled staff across production lines, engineering, quality control, and certification management. The facility holds more than 30 technical patents related to EV charging hardware, power electronics, and safety protection systems.
Production capabilities include surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly for charger control boards, cable termination and overmolding, enclosure assembly and testing, and final product verification. Each charger undergoes a multi-stage quality control process before shipment, including hi-pot testing, ground continuity testing, communication protocol verification, and full-load burn-in testing.
SUPERGENIE's product platform includes three core product families:
- ZD01 7 kW Wallbox Charger: A wall-mounted AC charging station with RFID access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and app-based control, designed for residential, workplace, and destination charging programs.
- 7 kW 32 A Portable EV Charger: A portable Type 2 EVSE for travel, vehicle delivery kits, home backup, and fleet operations. Includes overcurrent protection, overtemperature monitoring, and IP-rated enclosure.
- FD03 3.3 kW Type 2 V2L Adapter: A vehicle-to-load accessory enabling compatible EVs to supply AC power to external devices for tools, appliances, and emergency equipment.
The company's OEM and ODM program supports full product customization including PCB layout, cable specifications, connector types, enclosure design and color, user interface, packaging, and multilingual documentation. SUPERGENIE reports a one-day target engineering response for technical qualification requests and supports sample-to-production transitions from 200-piece minimum order quantities.
Certification management is integrated into the production workflow. Depending on the target market and product configuration, SUPERGENIE provides CE, TUV Rheinland, UL, FCC, and RoHS certification evidence.
