Berlin, 19 October 2026 – Entrepreneur Steffen Fräbel, founder of Nordhain Finanz Inc. and Northcrest Energy & Real Estate Inc., intends to expand the companies' business activities in Europe and other international markets. The focus is on investment and development opportunities in renewable energy, energy storage, data centres and property.Nordhain Finanz Inc. has authorised share capital of USD 100 million. Northcrest Energy & Real Estate Inc. has authorised share capital of USD 1 billion. These amounts represent 100 million and one billion authorised common shares respectively, each with a par value of USD 1. Both companies were incorporated in Wyoming, United States.
Fräbel, who also serves as President and Director of Nordhain Finanz Inc., is seeking cooperation with landowners, developers, businesses and local partners. The aim is to identify suitable opportunities and examine investment, participation and joint development options. A local project company may also be considered for an appropriate project.
The search includes sites and concepts that combine property development with renewable power generation and storage. These may involve residential or commercial developments, sites for energy projects, or potential data centre locations. For data centres, particular attention will be given to suitable power supply, digital connectivity and viable energy and storage concepts.
Project proposals from European countries and other markets worldwide are welcome. The choice of a project and the form of any cooperation would depend on its location, development stage and technical and commercial requirements.
Interested landowners, developers and businesses are invited to submit a short project profile covering location, site area, ownership or land-use rights, planning and permitting status, and the proposed cooperation model. The initial information will provide a basis for discussions about the next development steps.
