Berlin, 26 October 2026 – Steffen Fräbel, founder, President and Director of Nordhain Finanz Inc., invites developers, landowners and local businesses in Africa and Asia to discuss potential joint projects. The international project search covers property, renewable energy, energy storage and suitable data centre sites.Options to be assessed include participation in development projects, acquisition of suitable land and joint development with local partners. Residential, commercial and mixed-use property projects may be considered. The energy focus is on renewable power generation and storage solutions.
Another approach is to combine these areas: property projects may incorporate suitable energy-supply concepts. For potential data centre locations, power supply, digital connectivity and viable energy and storage concepts are particularly relevant.
Interested partners are invited to submit a short, initially nonconfidential project profile. It should describe the location, site area, ownership or land-use rights, planning and permitting status, and proposed cooperation model. This information will provide a basis for an initial assessment and further discussions.
The selection of projects and any potential cooperation depend on the technical, commercial and legal requirements of each proposal. Establishing a local project company may also be considered where appropriate.
