ScheduleX Arrives: MKSK's Work Schedule Tool Takes Its Place in the X Cloud Platform for Oracle Cloud HCM

MKSK Consulting has relaunched its Work Schedule Tool as ScheduleX, joining FormulaX in the MKSK X Cloud Platform. Teams can design schedules in Excel or Google Sheets, validate them before loading, block duplicates in real time and bulk-load unlimited complex rotations into Oracle Cloud HCM.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — Oxford, UK, 16 October 2026

MKSK Consulting has given its proven Work Schedule Tool a new name and a new home. From today the product is called ScheduleX, and it sits in the MKSK X Cloud Platform alongside FormulaX, MKSK's AI-assisted Fast Formula tool.

The rebrand recognises work the tool was already doing. On live Oracle Cloud HCM programmes, MKSK consultants kept meeting the same bottleneck: hundreds of work patterns to build, check and load, with Oracle's seeded spreadsheet route limited in volume and pattern count, the user interface too slow for bulk creation, and a custom API build adding cost and risk. Errors were often found only at payroll.

ScheduleX removes that bottleneck in three steps. Schedules are designed in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. They are validated before anything is loaded, with duplicates detected and blocked in real time. They are then loaded in bulk into Oracle Cloud HCM. SME News, in its Greater London Enterprise Awards 2025 profile, credited the tool with reducing rota-to-payroll processing by up to 90%.

Capabilities include advanced spreadsheet import, unlimited complex rotations with no six-pattern ceiling, built-in Oracle HCM integration with no custom ETL build, real-time event-driven processing, automated exception alerts, enterprise performance for millions of records, multi-tenant isolation, role-based access control, GDPR-ready audit logs, and analytics dashboards.

The audience is Heads of Payroll, HR Systems and HRIS leaders, Oracle HCM product owners and transformation leads — plus implementation partners who need to deliver complex patterns for clients with less delivery risk.

Mohammed Khan, Director – Oracle Division at MKSK Consulting, said: "A work schedule looks minor until a payroll deadline is sitting behind hundreds of rotating patterns. We built this because we lived that problem. As ScheduleX it gets the platform focus it had already earned — design it, validate it, load it, and move on."

MKSK is an Oxford-headquartered, Oracle Cloud HCM-only consultancy, a certified supplier to the UK Government's Crown Commercial Service, supporting organisations across 200 countries and jurisdictions. At the SME News Greater London Enterprise Awards 2025 it won Best Use of AI in Enterprise HR Transformation and the Innovation Award in Payroll Automation & Transformation.
