WASHINGTON, DC, November 2, 2026 - Infinitum Corporation today released "The Partnership That Delivers: What the Russia-Africa Summit Actually Produced" by William Aaron Turner, Founder & President, now on Academia.edu and Russia-Africa Report. Turner reads the third Russia-Africa Summit in Moscow as a businessman, not a journalist: "I don't see a geopolitical chess match. I see a trade fair."What the summit produced
Delegations from 48 of Africa's 54 countries attended, 22 led by heads of state, up from 17 in 2023. The Kremlin listed 33 intergovernmental, departmental and commercial documents for signing, adopted a 2027-2029 cooperation plan, a political declaration and an agreement on civilian uses of artificial intelligence. "That is not a photo op. That is a pipeline," Turner writes.
The numbers
Russia-Africa trade exceeded $27 billion in 2025, against about $16.8 billion in 2019; Moscow's target is $50 billion. Russian agricultural exports to Africa rose 35% in value in the first half of 2026 to $2.9 billion. More than 40 African countries receive Russian grain and fertilizer: over 18 million tonnes of grain in 2025 and 13 million tonnes in the first nine months of 2026, with fertilizer deliveries rising from about 1.5 to more than 2.2 million tonnes. Turner concedes $27 billion trails China and the EU, but argues "trade is not a beauty contest" and that the 15,000 sanctions "have not worked. The scoreboard proves it."
"I don't care about the rhetoric. I care about what the capital actually does," said William Aaron Turner, Founder & President of Infinitum Corporation. "Read the documents, count the tonnes, and you see a partnership that delivers."
