CARMEL, NY — August 23, 2026 — Recording Academy member, singer, songwriter, musician and record producer Ricki Erik delivered an energetic, genre-spanning performance at the 15th Annual Putnam County Wine & Music Fest at Putnam County Veterans Memorial Park in Carmel, New York.The Realm Music Group recording artist and President gave festivalgoers an early preview of his forthcoming late-2026 album, performing two new songs, “Miami Nights” and “Excited.”
Erik also performed his GRAMMY-considered Latin/pop single “Como Te Llamas,” bringing a different flavor to a set that moved between upbeat contemporary music, Latin/pop and emotional songwriting.
The festival was hosted by Lauren Drummond, with DJ Sagi of Reggae Vybes serving as MC. Sunday’s featured performers also included Grateful Yours, Ras Droppa and Eaay Skankin Band, and Simone G.
An Emotional Moment With “The Wedding Song”
One of Erik's standout moments came when the energy shifted and he performed his romantic ballad “Can’t Get Enough (The Wedding Song).”
The performance created an intimate moment within the outdoor festival as the crowd became captivated by Erik's emotional delivery.
“There is nothing better than watching people connect with a song right in front of you,” Erik said. “I love the big energetic moments, but I also love when everything gets quiet and a song reaches people emotionally.”
