ARLINGTON, Texas — October 10, 2026 — PropertyPromoKit is now available on Google Play. Contractors and small crews can download the Android app free and use their PropertyPromoKit account for the same online projects, customers and tools available on the website.The connected workspace supports project creation, job photos, voice walkthroughs, editable AI estimate drafts, customer quotes, email approvals, invoices, checklists and job-margin views. Contractors review and edit estimates before sharing them with customers. Internal costs and margins remain in the owner workspace.
An owner-run Android test on October 10 exercised project creation, photos and voice for an AI estimate, customer email approval on another device, and job-margin review. This was product testing by the owner, not an independent customer testimonial or a claim of financial results.
One saved project stays free. Optional multi-project access includes a 14-day no-card trial, followed by $29.99 per month if the user chooses to subscribe. There is no automatic trial charge. Current storage and usage limits apply.
Live AI estimates require internet access and a signed-in workspace. Contractors must confirm scope, measurements, materials and local pricing. Projected margins depend on costs entered and do not guarantee profitability. Local app field notes do not automatically synchronize to online projects.
