PanoCourt (PANO) Publishes a Practical Checklist for Clubs Planning New Padel CourtsHandan, Hebei, China — 6 November 2026 — As clubs, hotels and multi-sport venues continue to add padel, project quality depends less on a single glass-and-mesh look and more on site readiness, base preparation, construction type, lighting and clear installation documentation. PanoCourt (PANO), a Chinese manufacturer of padel courts, today outlines a practical planning checklist for operators preparing new courts in Europe and other growth markets.
“A successful padel court is a technical project first,” said a spokesperson for the PANO Digital Marketing Team. “Clubs that align dimensions, drainage, anchoring, lighting and installation guidance early reduce delays and avoid mismatched expectations between the supplier and the local installer.”
1. Site and dimensions
A standard playing area is 20 x 10 metres. Beyond the court itself, operators should allow space for installation access, safety zones and walkways. Ground slope, drainage and local building rules must be checked before steel and glass arrive. Indoors, ceiling height affects high-ball play. Where several courts sit side by side, plan walkways between them.
2. Base and anchoring
The base, drainage and anchoring method depend on the court model, ground conditions and local requirements. Ask the manufacturer for preparation guidance and review it with a qualified local designer. Before installation, verify flatness, dimensions and anchoring points. Do not assume every existing sports surface is suitable for a new structure.
3. Construction type
Classic and panoramic models differ in frame layout and visibility through the enclosure. Super panoramic, single and mobile options can suit different programmes — mobile courts may work for temporary events but still need site checks and the manufacturer’s instructions. Compare models by purpose, installation access and documentation, not appearance alone.
4. Lighting
Evening play needs even light that does not dazzle players. Plan floodlight positions and power supply together with the structure, not afterwards.
5. Installation guidance and maintenance
Clear assembly guidance, correct fastening and regular checks of glass and artificial turf help keep a court in good condition. Ask what documentation and installation guidance the supplier provides — and clarify that guidance is not the same as turnkey installation.
