Turnkey installation by in-house crews
NORDIZEL carries out installation and commissioning with its own field crews, without subcontractors. This includes commissioning of the equipment and automatic transfer switch (ATS) systems, so that the generator takes over the load automatically when mains power is lost. Work crews operate across Russia. The warranty on installation work is 24 months.
Service after launch
After the installation is started up, NORDIZEL can take the unit under service. The service offering includes scheduled maintenance based on engine hours, repairs, a spare-parts warehouse and remote monitoring. An emergency line is available around the clock, and the office works Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
