Berlin, 19 October 2026Nordhain Finanz Inc. is seeking opportunities to invest in real estate and property development projects worldwide. The company invites local developers, landowners and project partners to present suitable proposals for an initial review.
Incorporated in Wyoming, USA, in 2026, Nordhain has a business address in Berlin. Its authorized share capital comprises 100 million common shares with a par value of USD 1 each, representing an aggregate authorized par value of USD 100 million. This corporate authorization does not establish that USD 100 million has been paid in or is available for investment.
Proposals may concern residential, hotel, commercial or mixed-use developments. For an initial assessment, interested parties should provide a concise project description, location, land area, proposed use, ownership or land-availability status, planning and permit status, indicative timetable and financing requirement.
Each opportunity will be assessed individually for economic feasibility, legal requirements and an appropriate partnership and financing structure. An invitation to submit a project is not a commitment to acquire land, invest or provide financing.
In Germany, Nordhain is already assessing a site of approximately 120,000 square metres in Grambin and two Berlin residential projects covering approximately 21,000 square metres of land in total. According to the company’s statement dated 18 October 2026, approximately EUR 30 million is available for construction and development of those German projects. No allocation of that amount to projects in other countries is announced here.
