Berlin, 21 October 2026 – Nordhain Finanz Inc. has received the German securities identification number WKN A42QTV for its common stock. WM Datenservice today confirmed the allocation and its association with the company's existing international securities identification number, ISIN US6555741015. The shares' US identifier is CUSIP 655574101.The company regards the allocation as a further formal step in preparing its planned stock market debut. The WKN supports identification of the shares in the German securities market. Nordhain Finanz plans a stock market debut in spring 2027, targeting a capital raise of approximately EUR 200 million to EUR 300 million.
