FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEContact: GoodDock, hello@gooddock.site
GoodDock, an independent digital download shop, today announced the release of its Retirement Transition Planner, a printable system for the part of retirement most planning skips: the life itself. Retirement is usually planned as a money decision — a savings number and a date. This planner covers everything after that date: what your days look like, how you spend your energy, who you spend time with, and what gets you out of bed in the morning.
The 55-page printable planner (US Letter) is organized into six modules. Imagine starts with values and identity prompts, a hopes-and-worries inventory, bucket-list experiences, and a letter to your future self. Prepare covers the practical bridge: health-insurance bridge options (general information), Medicare basics and Social Security timing, a housing worksheet, and a documents locator plus advisor meeting prep. Daily Life builds a new rhythm with an ideal-day and weekly rhythm builder, a 168-hour time budget, movement and sleep plans, and a monthly rhythm template. Purpose helps retirees write a purpose statement, inventory their skills, find volunteering opportunities, and set encore career and learning goals. People covers the relationships side: couple conversation guides including a money talk, family expectations and grandparenting, a friendship planner and social circle, and a social routine builder. Begin turns it all into action with a week-by-week 90-day launch plan, a milestones tracker, quarterly check-ins, and an annual review plus a one-page plan.
The companion 5-sheet Excel workbook does the tracking work: a monthly lifestyle budget with auto totals, a time-audit tracker, a 90-day checklist, an annual review sheet, and a README tab that walks users through each sheet.
"Most retirement planning stops at the numbers," said a GoodDock spokesperson. "But the first Monday after your last Friday is not a spreadsheet problem — it is a Tuesday problem, and a Thursday problem, and a who-am-I-now problem. A planner that designs the week, not just the withdrawal rate, gives people something to wake up for."
The Retirement Transition Planner is available as a one-time digital download ($24.99) at gooddock.site, and includes a free sample First 90 Days Plan.
