MeiGen AI launches browser workspace for multi-model image and video creation

MeiGen AI introduces a browser-based workspace for prompt-driven photo editing, image generation, and selected video workflows across multiple AI models.

NEWARK, Del., Oct. 14, 2026 — MeiGen AI has launched a browser-based workspace that combines prompt-driven photo editing, text-to-image generation and selected video-generation workflows in one interface. The platform is intended for creators, marketers, designers and small teams that want to compare different AI models without moving projects between separate tools.

Users can begin with a written prompt or upload reference images and describe the change they want in plain language. Typical workflows include replacing a background, adjusting lighting and color, extending an image beyond its original frame, restyling a portrait, creating product scenes and maintaining a subject across several visual variations. Before generation, the interface displays controls that apply to the selected model, including aspect ratio, resolution, output quality and reference-image limits.

The current image options include GPT Image 2, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana, Seedream 5 Lite, Seedream 4.5, Grok Imagine, Wan 2.7 Image and Qwen Image 2. Selected video workflows are available through Veo 3.1, Sora 2 and Seedance 1.5 Pro. Model availability, supported dimensions, generation times and credit requirements can vary, so MeiGen AI presents the applicable settings and estimated credit cost before a request is submitted.

“Different models are useful for different creative tasks, so the workspace is designed to make those choices visible before a user starts a generation,” said Ethan Parker, founder of MeiGen AI. “The goal is to give people a consistent browser workflow while preserving the controls and limits that are specific to each model.”

For images, MeiGen AI supports text-to-image and image-to-image workflows with landscape, portrait and square formats. Uploaded source images can use PNG, JPG or WebP formats up to 10 MB. Depending on the model, output settings may include resolutions up to 4K. Video tools are organized into text-to-video, image-to-video and video-to-video modes, with model-dependent controls for duration, resolution, aspect ratio, first and last frames, camera behavior and generated audio.

Prompts and uploads pass through automated content-moderation checks before being sent to a model provider. Completed media is stored in the user's My Creations area for review, download or deletion. MeiGen AI operates as an independent interface and does not claim ownership of the third-party models available through the service.
