Murphy, NC — Oct 24, 2026 — Token scanners are easy to build and hard to trust. Most will show you a score. Almost none will show you what happened after they gave it. A new independent review of MASTRtrade (https://mastrtrade.com), the trading and forensics terminal built by MASTR Labs, focuses on that difference: its scanner, MASTRscan, and Rug Radar, the public record of its own warnings. The check before the buy
MASTRscan runs 40 named checks on Solana and 45 on EVM chains — mint and freeze authority, liquidity custody, holder concentration, creator history, bundled supply, snipers still holding, buy and sell flow, and more. Every check shows its source and the time it was read. The rule behind the product is simple, and it is stated on the record: unknown is never counted as a pass. Where data is missing, the scan shows it as missing instead of filling the gap with a green tick.
The terminal around the scanner is non-custodial and covers Solana, 19 EVM chains and native Bitcoin across 178 tools. Traders connect their own wallet — keys never touch the platform — swaps are routed through Jupiter, simulated first, and the transaction hash is shown before and after signing. If the hashes do not match, nothing is sent.
A track record, misses included
Rug Radar is where the review spends most of its time, because it is the part of the product that can be checked by anyone. Of 7,670 coins rated High or Critical in one 30-day window, 628 fell 90% or more in price or liquidity after the warning — and the warnings that did not play out are published right beside the ones that did. That is not a claim of perfection. It is a published record that lets a trader judge the tool the same way they would judge a caller: by results, over time, with the losses visible.
"Anyone can build a scanner that sounds sure of itself," said Jeffrey Kaufman, the independent writer and reviewer who covered the platform. "What MASTRtrade does differently is keep score in public. Rug Radar shows the hits and the misses on the same page, and MASTRscan would rather tell you it doesn't know than dress a guess up as a pass. In a market built on rented confidence, a tool that publishes its own record is the one I can actually work with."
The wider ecosystem
MASTRtrade sits inside a wider family of tools. The app family lives at https://mastrapps.com — including the $MASTR App on iOS and Android, MASTRpass, MASTRsweep and MASTRsender — and the research side, including a 1,617-entry wiki, lives at https://www.mastrlabs.com. The project posts as @MastrXYZ, @MASTRtrade and @MASTRlabs on X.
$MASTR is the ecosystem's access token on Solana, mint 96sQs3ooHRAsVuonoyoErynmqRVcdo9sAdUd32RWhvVq. It is a genuine micro-cap: in a snapshot dated October 23, 2026 it traded around $0.00022, with a market cap near $215K and roughly $40K of liquidity in its Meteora pool — size accordingly. Its stated use is utility inside the terminal: holding $100 worth lowers the in-terminal trading fee from 0.99% to 0.67%, and holding $500 worth makes MASTR Pro free while held. Full MASTRscan checks also run free as a guest, with no wallet required.
