Lubretec bv, Belgium-based specialist in Lubrication Reliability™ Technologies, today announces the commercial launch of ALEX (All-in-one Lubrication EXcellence) - the newest and most versatile member of the Lubristation™ product family. ALEX is a compact, wall- or frame mounted lubrication management station that performs four essential functions in a single integrated unit, making best-practice lubricant management accessible to any industrial facility.
THE PROBLEM ALEX SOLVES
Fluid contamination - from particles, moisture, and cross-contamination - is the leading cause of industrial bearing and gearbox failure. In many industrial plants, lubricants travel from the supplier drum to the machine with no filtration, no moisture or particle protection, and no usage tracking. ALEX closes every one of those gaps in a single installation.
WHAT ALEX DOES
• Controlled dispensing via a heavy-duty industrial air piston pump
• Active 10 μm filtration during every dispensing cycle (3 μm optional)
• Closed-loop filtration to decontaminate drums, tanks, and IBC containers in place
• Industrial desiccant air breather-dryer to block moisture and airborne particles
• Colour-coded Lube ID kit (10 colours) for proper identification and cross-contamination prevention
• Digital oil consumption meter for tracking and traceability management
• Integrated M16X1.5 sampling port for oil analysis and condition monitoring
