Dubai, UAE – October 13, 2026 – Liwa Camping has launched Self-Drive Liwa Safari & Camping Support, a service for adventurers who want to drive their own 4x4 into the dunes with professional backing. The package starts from AED 600 per vehicle plus camp fees. It includes a lead-guide escort, route planning to Moreeb Dune, recovery support, and a reserved spot at a serviced camp with dinner and facilities.
“Self-driving the Liwa desert is rewarding, but the dunes demand experience,” said a Liwa Camping spokesperson. “Our support package gives drivers a safe, legal and well-planned Liwa desert safari.”
Camping with a licensed operator covers the required approvals, while independent self-drive trips are subject to regulations. This package handles routes, safety and a compliant campsite.
