PEKANBARU, RIAU, INDONESIA — September 16, 2026 — Legal aid organization LBH Bahu Prabowo accompanied Sarmauli Intan Situmorang to the Professional and Security Division (Bid Propam) of the Riau Regional Police (Polda Riau) on Wednesday to submit documents and provide information through official institutional channels.
The submission formed part of Situmorang’s effort to bring the matter before the authorities. Representatives said the documents and statements were submitted for consideration and review by the competent institution.
LBH Bahu Prabowo said its role was limited to providing legal assistance and support during the process, while the relevant authorities conduct their own examination under applicable procedures.
“Legal assistance is provided to ensure that the person being accompanied can submit her information and documents through the proper institutional process,” LBH Bahu Prabowo said.
The submission does not establish the validity of any allegation or disputed claim. All facts, allegations and legal issues remain subject to verification, clarification and examination by the competent authorities. Situmorang and her legal representatives are pursuing the matter through official channels rather than outside established institutional procedures.
