23 October 2026 — Kpshka.ru, a Russian-language business platform, provides its Android application through Google Play and RuStore. The mobile workflow separates public procurement discovery from actions associated with a personal or company account.Users can choose the option to continue without signing in and search procurement notices under Russia’s 44-FZ and 223-FZ frameworks. Search criteria include the purchasing subject, region, buyer, price and submission deadlines. Procurement cards provide an initial view of a notice; suppliers still need to review the original procedure documents before deciding whether to participate.
After signing in, users can continue working with saved items and personal tools. The application description lists favourites, tasks, a calendar, messaging and CRM functions. Access to individual sections depends on the permissions assigned to the account or team member. The mobile client requires an internet connection and Android 9 or newer.
The application complements three separate workflows on the web platform. Tender discovery starts with an already published procurement need. A commercial request for proposals allows a company to describe its own requirements and consider supplier responses. Company stores present goods and services, with ordering for fixed-price positions and seller inquiries when conditions need to be agreed individually.
Company profiles and press releases provide additional information about participating organisations. These supporting sections serve a different purpose from a specific product offer or purchasing request. The platform includes free capabilities and optional paid services; current availability and terms are described on its official website.
The Android listing identifies the application as a business tool for the Russian market. It is not a government application. The two official store pages provide installation options and describe the application’s capabilities.
