How It Works
Keeps & Tales keeps it simple.
Step 1: Get Your Keeps & Tales Box
Order a Keeps & Tales Box, and it will show up at your door with everything you need inside. A sturdy box to pack the artwork into, a prepaid return label so you are not hunting for postage, and a short form to tell us what you are after. Fill it up whenever you are ready. It might take you a day or a few weeks. Send it back when the box is full.
Step 2: They Take Care of Every Piece
When your box arrives at the destination, they go through it properly. Every drawing, every painting, every scribbled masterpiece gets photographed and digitized by hand. Once they are done, the team sends you an invoice based on how many pieces came in, so you always know what to expect before anything moves forward.
Step 3: You Get a Say in Everything
They put together a digital proof and send it to you to look over. If something feels off, you can tell them. You can also mention if you want to move things around or change something. They keep going until it feels right.
Step 4: Then It Arrives at Your Door
Your child’s Art Book, Mosaic, or Journal is packed up and sent straight to you. Put it on the coffee table. Hang it on the wall. Give it to the grandparents. Whatever you do with it, it is going to last a lot longer than a drawing tucked behind the fridge.
A couple of things worth knowing: The whole process usually takes a few weeks from the day they receive your box. You can check in on your order anytime through your Keeps & Tales account. And your originals are always yours. If you want them back, the team will return every single piece in the same box they came in. If you would rather not keep them, they will recycle them responsibly on your behalf.
