ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, September 29, 2026 - Instant Reply has introduced an MCP server that connects compatible AI assistants to a business's Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger inboxes. Instead of building keyword rules for each customer path, a business can tell a connected assistant what it wants to do in plain language, then review or approve actions according to its workspace permissions.Suleiman Alnsour, 20, is building Instant Reply in Abu Dhabi as an agentic AI sales product, not just a shared inbox. It answers DMs using the business's own FAQs, prices and policies, follows up with leads who go quiet, and can revisit earlier conversations to identify and re-engage potential buyers. Its social workflows include replying to public comments, moving a conversation from a comment into a DM, responding to story interactions and mentions, and keeping the original customer context with the lead. Teams can also run WhatsApp campaigns using approved templates, send reminders, and bring past customers back into a relevant conversation. Appointment booking and HubSpot or Pipedrive contact sync are available on Pro.
With the MCP server, compatible assistants such as Claude Code and Claude Desktop can inspect conversations and contacts, check message delivery, work with WhatsApp templates and support approved follow-up workflows. A team might type, "Find unanswered DMs, draft replies using our prices, and show me which past customers need a follow-up." The assistant can use the tools the connected workspace allows. For a send, template submission or other change, the plan, connected channel and key scopes must allow the action; write and destructive tools carry metadata so compatible MCP clients can prompt for confirmation; teams should review the connected assistant's settings before allowing sends or changes. Free workspaces have read-only MCP access, while eligible Developer and Business plans support write-capable tools.
