OLNEY, Ill. (Oct. 4, 2026) - Aerostratospheric, an Illinois nonprofit corporation, today shared updated details for the High Altitude Science Summit, a one-day, all-ages public gathering on Saturday, March 13, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time at Olney City Park, 502 White Squirrel Circle, Olney, IL 62450. This update replaces the summit details in Aerostratospheric's September 30 and October 2, 2026 announcements. Program
The day opens with a meet and greet at 10 a.m. and a vendor showcase at 10:30 a.m. From 11 a.m. to noon, Aerostratospheric hosts a featured guest-vendor hour at the High Altitude Science Summit* on platforms, open atmospheric data, and Midwest-made flight hardware. From noon to 1 p.m., special guest speaker Jeremy David Higgs leads a round table with special guests. Vendor displays and collaborations run from 1 to 3 p.m., and the day ends with a closing ceremony from 3 to 4 p.m.

Tickets and tables
General admission is $10 in advance or $20 at the door, per person, for all ages. Through October 30, 2026, a vendor table is $100 and a Platinum sponsorship is $250.
