GalleryDock opens online client galleries to English-speaking photographers worldwide

GalleryDock brings online client galleries to photographers worldwide with English access, password protection, website embedding and video feedback.

HANNOVER, Germany, October 4, 2026 — GalleryDock has opened its online client gallery software to English-speaking photographers and filmmakers worldwide. Available internationally in English since September 24, 2026, the platform brings photo sharing, client image selection and video feedback into an English-language working environment. The rollout follows the software's initial public release in June 2026.

The English version uses wording adapted primarily for a US audience, while remaining available to users in other countries. The launch broadens access to software developed in Hannover, Germany, for creative professionals who deliver visual work to customers and need a place to collect their responses.

Client galleries for photography workflows

A client gallery gives a photographer a place to present photographs from an assignment and share them with the customer. GalleryDock includes image selection tools so clients can identify their preferred photographs within the collection. Password protection is available for galleries intended for a restricted audience.

These functions address different parts of the delivery process. Sharing provides access to the photographs, password protection limits who can open a gallery, and image selection records the client's choices. For filmmakers, the platform also supports video feedback, extending the client review workflow beyond still photography.

Connecting galleries to an existing website

GalleryDock's website embedding function, introduced in July 2026, is included in the English-language platform. Photographers can copy a gallery's embed code into a compatible page on their own website. The gallery then appears within that site, alongside the photography business's existing navigation and page content.

The integration can also display the gallery's print shop. The surrounding website remains managed through the photographer's website editor, while GalleryDock provides the gallery. Embedding requires a website platform that permits the supplied code; compatibility depends on the website and its settings.

International access and payments

The online software is accessible around the clock, allowing photographers and their customers to use it across time zones. Visa and Mastercard are available among the international payment options. GalleryDock remains based in Germany while offering its English-language service worldwide.

New users can start with three free galleries. This entry option allows photographers to become familiar with the gallery workflow before deciding how to use it for their client work. The international launch makes the English version available to the same broad audience of photographers and filmmakers.
