AHMEDABAD, India, September 10, 2026 - Software development studio Divtechnosoft has disclosed the architecture behind Summon, a valet parking management platform now operating across more than 450 locations on under $40 a month in infrastructure costs. The platform has issued over 158,000 digital tickets since launch, and was built end to end in fifteen weeks.Summon, founded in 2021, came to the studio with a problem common across the parking industry. Valet operations still ran on paper tickets, which get lost, get damaged, and produce errors that are expensive to resolve when a vehicle cannot be located. Paper also does not scale, leaving operators with no central view across hundreds of sites.
The cost figure comes from architectural choices rather than cost-cutting. The applications are built on Ionic, Angular and Capacitor, with Firebase handling the backend and Google Gemini used within the product. A serverless backend means paying for the work the platform actually does rather than for servers held ready in case it does any, which is why adding locations has not moved the monthly bill in step with them.
"Divtechnosoft built our entire valet platform end-to-end, not just pieces of the code," said Esteban Gonzalez, Founder and CEO of Summon. "The team always articulates options and solutions in a very clear and concise way. We are happy to be working with such a responsive, fast and reliable group of high quality engineers."
"Most early-stage products are priced out of scale before they reach it, because the infrastructure decisions get made in week one and nobody revisits them," said Divyesh Savaliya, Founder and CEO of Divtechnosoft. "Summon is at 450 locations on a bill most startups would not notice. That is what happens when you choose the architecture for where the product is going rather than for where it is on launch day."
The build ran across five stages: two weeks of discovery and strategy, three weeks of design and prototyping, eight weeks of MVP development, and two weeks of testing and launch, with iteration continuing since.
