Divtechnosoft-Built Digital Valet Platform Summon Scales to 450+ Locations on Under $40/Month Infrastructure

Divtechnosoft built Summon, a digital valet platform now running at 450+ hotels, hospitals and venues, in 15 weeks on under $40/month infrastructure.

Ahmedabad, India – October 14, 2026 – Divtechnosoft, a product development studio that helps startups and SMBs launch fast, today shared the results of its work with Summon, a digital valet management platform that now operates across 450+ locations. Built end to end by Divtechnosoft in 15 weeks, the platform replaces paper-based valet operations with a fully digital experience, while keeping infrastructure costs under $40 per month.

Replacing Paper Tickets With a Digital Valet Experience
Traditional valet operations rely on paper tickets, which leads to lost tickets, slow vehicle retrieval, high labour costs and no real-time view of where vehicles are. Operators managing several venues also lacked a central way to control staff access, shifts and locations.

Summon solves this with three connected products:

Guest Experience: Guests receive an automated SMS with a digital ticket, can request their vehicle in advance, pay via Apple Pay or card, and add services such as car washes or EV charging.

Operator App: Valet attendants log vehicles, record vehicle condition, assign parking spaces and receive retrieval requests in real time.

Operator's Portal: A web dashboard for managers to monitor driveways, shifts, tickets and revenue across multiple locations.

Key capabilities include QR-based check-in and checkout, a priority-sorted valet request queue, location-based staff access control, shift and attendance tracking, live vehicle status updates, analytics and reporting, and integrated payments including tap-to-pay and subscriptions.
Built Lean, Built Fast

Divtechnosoft delivered the platform in a structured 15-week program, two weeks of discovery, three weeks of design, eight weeks of MVP development, and two weeks of testing and launch. The platform is built on Ionic, Angular, Capacitor, Firebase, Stripe and Google Gemini, an architecture chosen to scale across hundreds of venues without heavy infrastructure spend.
"Divtechnosoft built our entire valet platform end-to-end, not just pieces of the code," said Esteban Gonzalez, Founder & CEO of Summon.

Serving High-Traffic Venues
Summon is used by hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums and large-scale events. Operators report reduced driveway congestion, full digital tracking of vehicles and payments, and new revenue from add-on services.
