SHENZHEN, China — October 7, 2026 — CURORI has published a quotation-comparison checklist for international users researching medical-aesthetic and cosmetic-treatment options in China. The guidance explains why a lower headline figure may not represent a lower total cost and identifies details that should be matched before two quotations are compared. The same general treatment name can describe different procedure areas, techniques, materials, devices, levels of anaesthesia and aftercare arrangements. CURORI recommends first confirming the proposed clinical scope and identifying which parts remain subject to a doctor's assessment. A quotation may change when the responsible doctor reviews medical history, anatomy, treatment goals and other individual factors.
A practical comparison should identify the responsible doctor and licensed institution, treatment area, proposed technique, operating-room or facility charges, anaesthesia, materials or consumables, required tests, prescribed medicines, follow-up, aftercare and any revision terms. Exclusions should be stated as clearly as inclusions.
Travel, accommodation, interpretation and local coordination should be separated from clinical charges where possible. This makes it easier to understand the complete journey cost without presenting a non-medical service as part of the treatment fee.
“International users should be able to see what they are comparing, not only the final number,” said Jiani Peng, founder of CURORI. “A useful quotation makes the responsible provider, proposed scope and major inclusions visible. It also shows which decisions still require a medical assessment.”
CURORI has set a forward-looking goal of helping reduce the overall price paid by clients by approximately 10% by the end of 2026. The company intends to pursue that objective through broader provider comparison, clearer quotation information, free initial coordination for eligible enquiries and future service incentives after their terms are confirmed.
The approximately 10% figure is a company objective, not an achieved result or guaranteed discount. It should not be mechanically applied to an overseas benchmark, and it does not mean that every patient, procedure or quotation will cost 10% less. Final prices depend on the responsible doctor and institution, individual assessment, treatment scope, technique, anaesthesia, materials and included services.
Founded in 2025, CURORI is a China Hospital Alliance and Doctor Network for international users researching and comparing medical-aesthetic and cosmetic-treatment options in China. It may help organize information, provider communication and initial coordination.
CURORI is not a hospital, clinic or treating medical provider. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or guarantee prices or outcomes. Qualified doctors and licensed medical institutions remain responsible for medical suitability, risk disclosure, treatment planning, final quotations, follow-up and expected-outcome discussions.
