The viral recommendation triggered a massive influx of customer interest, temporarily depleting global inventory and driving order volume to nearly 120 times its baseline level within 48 hours.
"We were both surprised and excited by the sudden demand, which tested our logistics and fulfillment capacities," said Jasmine, Founder of BSCOBBER. "More than anything, it reinforced our core belief: authentic recommendations from real users mean everything. We build products designed to be genuinely useful in real-life conditions, not just look good in advertisements."
Despite the sudden operational challenges, the BSCOBBER team remained laser-focused on completing its Kickstarter journey for the OmniPump-1. While marking the brand's first self-managed crowdfunding effort, the campaign served as an essential avenue for direct community engagement. Backers provided critical technical feedback, usability insights, and practical feature suggestions that BSCOBBER is actively integrating into its manufacturing roadmap.
