BROOKLYN, N.Y., Nov. 3, 2026 – A West & Son sterling Irish ewer from 1880, an 18K pavé diamond pendant attributed to Buccellati and a large Herend fishnet rooster lead SJ Auctioneers' online auction on Sunday, November 22, at 6 p.m. Eastern on LiveAuctioneers. The approximately 287 lots cover sterling and silverware, fine jewelry, porcelain, decor, fashion and toys.Fine jewelry is led by an 18K white and yellow gold Opera pendant necklace attributed to Buccellati. Its pierced openwork pendant is set with full pavé diamonds, about 0.26 carats total weight, on a 16½-inch chain, and comes with a box. Also offered are 14K yellow gold earrings, each with an 11.3 mm cultured pearl below a diamond cluster, and 18K gold and enamel designs.
Antique and designer sterling makes up a large part of the sale. Highlights include a West & Son sterling Irish ewer from 1880, about 13 inches tall, with chased leaf decoration and a scrolling handle; a circa 1950 sterling basket of sculpted fruit and leaves attributed to Mario Buccellati; an 1880 Howard & Co. heart-shaped sterling jewelry box; a 950 silver sauce boat from 1860; a 1919 sterling epergne platter; and a pair of 1907 pierced bonbon dishes by John Frazer and Edward Haws. Japanese silver includes a sterling model ship by Seki Takehiko and a white eagle sculpture by Takenori Obuchi. Silverware and tableware include sterling by Tiffany & Co., Cartier, S. Kirk & Son and Wallace, 1980 sterling Christmas ornaments attributed to Gianmaria Buccellati, and a boxed Christofle Cluny service for six.
Herend porcelain is led by a large green fishnet rooster with gilt accents, about 15 inches tall, in its original box, joined by fishnet figures including a unicorn, a dragon, a tiger and a monkey. Decor includes Baccarat and Lalique crystal, Steuben glass, and limited-edition Gucci and Porsche mahjong sets. Fashion includes Ralph Lauren Purple Label menswear and Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Montblanc accessories. Toys include a boxed Matchbox G-4 Race 'N' Rally gift set and a 1950 Dinky military set.
