The service covers servers, laptops, MacBooks, iPads, printers, email, Wi-Fi, forgotten passwords, malware, software updates and network faults. The first 20 minutes of remote diagnosis and repair costs £39.99 plus VAT. Parts, hardware and on-site work are quoted separately in writing.

The service is open to businesses in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Stirling, Inverness, Perth, Paisley, Hamilton, Livingston, Falkirk, Ayr and across Scotland, Northern England and Northern Ireland.
