Riverbank IT Systems is urging Scottish SMEs to stop paying inflated hourly IT support fees and try its new £39.99 fixed-price repair service instead.
The Glasgow firm says most common business IT problems — such as files not opening, email stuck in the outbox, printers going offline, slow computers and forgotten passwords — can be fixed remotely within 20 minutes for a flat £39.99 plus VAT.
"Too many small businesses pay a premium because their IT provider charges by the hour and moves slowly," said Timothy A., founder. "We fix the problem at a fixed price, quickly, and if it needs more we quote in writing before doing anything else."
The service is designed as a loss leader. Riverbank says it makes its money when clients see the speed and value and choose the firm for ongoing managed IT support.
Same-day appointments are available. The service supports Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, Inverness, Stirling and the rest of Scotland, plus Northern England and Northern Ireland.
