Riverbank IT Systems has launched a fixed-price repair service that covers everything from servers crashing and email going offline to laptops that will not boot and iPads needing new screens.
The Glasgow-based IT support firm is offering the first 20 minutes of remote diagnosis and repair for a flat £39.99 plus VAT. If a part, on-site visit or longer repair is needed, the customer receives a written quote before any further work begins.
"Small businesses do not need a six-month contract to get a printer working or a password reset," said Timothy A., founder of Riverbank IT Systems. "We fix the everyday stuff that stops a business trading, at a price that is fair."
The service covers software faults, email problems, printer setup, Wi-Fi issues, malware removal, forgotten passwords, Windows and macOS updates, server triage and hardware quotes for screens, batteries and other parts.
Same-day remote appointments are available and urgent issues are triaged within 5–10 minutes.
